Teaser for Illumination's
'The Grinch' Feature released
Illumination Entertainment and Universal Pictures have released a first
look teaser trailer for its upcoming feature film ‘The Grinch’, based on
Dr. Seuss' beloved holiday classic. The Grinch is due in theaters - Nov. 9, 2018.
Sponsored by Autodesk, The Rookies has announced the call for entries to
its global competition and mentor program, which is open to young
creatives in film, animation, games, virtual reality, motion graphics and 3D
visualisation. Important Dates: Open for submissions: March 07, 2018. Final submission deadline: May 15, 2018. Finalists announced: June 29, 2018. Winners announced: July 11, 2018.
Arena Animation organised a Comic Strip Workshop on 20th March, 2018 for helping students understand the
concept of comic strips and how it works for comic books.
WOMEN’S DAY
Arena Animation celebrated International Women’s Day on 8th March 2018 by honouring the social,
cultural and political achievements of women. The event saw great participation from students and
staff.
UGADI CELEBRATIONS
Arena Animation celebrated Ugadi on 18th March 2018 by decorating the premises with Rangoli and
mango leaves, and dressing up for the occasion.
HOLI
Arena Animation organised Holi celebrations from 28th Feb to 2nd March 2018 where 175 students
participated in an activity called ‘Splash your creativity’.
