Thought Process:

often while film shooting it may not be possible to shoot on real location or need to use something futuristic which is not possible in present may happen in future in this situation matte paint is used. here, i have created city top view background using empty road area. i have added river, city buildings then adjusted light of all composition & color graded sky & other areas.
